To register a pik303 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (matching your Indonesian national ID / KTP), date of birth, residential address, email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number. You must keep this information updated at all times.
Upon registration, you will create a unique username and password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. pik303 staff will never request your password under any circumstances. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must contact support immediately at [email protected].
pik303 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Account activation is subject to successful identity pre-screening and may be delayed pending KYC verification.
All accounts on pik303 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Large number formatting on the Platform uses the Indonesian dot-as-thousands-separator convention (e.g., Rp 1.000.000 = one million Rupiah). Currency conversion is not supported; all deposits must be made in IDR.
Before processing any withdrawal, pik303 requires all Players to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification process. This is a mandatory compliance measure and is non-negotiable regardless of the withdrawal amount.

The minimum single deposit is Rp 50.000. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Players with active daily deposit limits set via the Responsible Gaming tools must adhere to those self-imposed thresholds.
Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time or within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. pik303 is not liable for delays caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider. If a deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
You warrant that all funds deposited on pik303 are lawfully owned by you, free from any encumbrances, and not derived from any criminal activity. pik303 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence and to freeze funds pending investigation if there is any suspicion of fraudulent or unlawful deposit activity.
Withdrawals are available to Players who have (a) completed KYC verification, (b) met any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds, and (c) made at least one qualifying deposit using a payment method consistent with the requested withdrawal channel. Withdrawals will only be processed to an account registered in the Player's own name.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by account tier and are displayed in your account settings. VIP-tier Players are eligible for enhanced daily withdrawal limits as specified in the VIP Program terms.

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards offered by pik303 are subject to this Agreement and to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of between 15x and 30x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. The exact wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated at the point of offer. Certain game categories — including but not limited to live dealer baccarat, certain table games, and low-edge slots — may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–50%) toward fulfilling wagering requirements.
Bonuses must be claimed within the stated claim window and all associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Unclaimed bonuses and unmet wagering requirements will expire automatically without compensation.
pik303 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses using duplicate accounts, placing low-variance bets to systematically clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, colluding with other Players to exploit promotional terms, and making withdrawals with the intent to reverse them after claiming a bonus. Any Player found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited, and their account may be permanently suspended.
pik303 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, including the right to alter wagering requirements, maximum bonus amounts, game contribution rates, and validity periods. Where a promotion is live and in progress, pik303 will endeavour to honour the terms under which it was accepted.
All sports bets placed on pik303 — including football (bandar bola, the local term for football book markets), mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bets), handicap markets (voor bola), and live in-play markets — are subject to the individual sport and market rules published in the Platform's Help Centre. Bet settlement is based on official results from the governing body of each sport. Disputed results are resolved at pik303's sole discretion using verified third-party data sources.
pik303 offers togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets drawing from official result feeds including Singapore (SGP), Hong Kong (HK), Sydney (SDY), and Macau (Macau). Result times are published in advance and are broadcast in Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7). pik303 is not responsible for delays in the receipt of official draw results from the source authority.
Live dealer games are provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and other licensed providers. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pik303 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative works without pik303's express prior written consent.
pik303 endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, and events of Force Majeure may cause temporary outages. pik303 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of Platform unavailability, provided reasonable notice of scheduled maintenance is given where practicable.
Gambling inherently involves financial risk. pik303 is not liable for any losses arising from a Player's wagering activity, including losses resulting from the Player's own decisions, strategy, or judgment. All bets are placed voluntarily and at the Player's sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pik303's total aggregate liability to any individual Player arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their pik303 account in the 12 months preceding the claim.
pik303 is not liable for the acts, omissions, or service disruptions of third-party payment processors, game content providers, data feed suppliers, or telecommunications providers, even where such disruptions impact the Player's gaming experience or financial transactions.
Your use of pik303 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pik303 employs 256-bit SSL encryption, secure server infrastructure, and strict internal access controls to protect your personal and financial data.

pik303 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where a Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, provided false information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Players. In cases of termination for cause, pik303 may withhold any balance pending investigation.
Upon termination, the Player's licence to access the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution survive termination indefinitely.
pik303 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect, where practicable. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or reformatting) may take effect immediately.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law. pik303 operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with pik303 support shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English by a mutually agreed arbitral body.
